Interested in learning more about archaeology, preservation, or education? Come join us for volunteer lab night, every Tuesday night at the CAPE (Center for Archaeology, Preservation and Education) at the corner of Main Street and Route 14! Volunteers can participate in a variety of activities including washing, sorting, and identifying artifacts, labeling and mending artifacts, or helping with other small projects. All are welcome!
New program for 2019! In an extension of our popular volunteer lab nights, we will now host a variety of artifact wash days at the CAPE. Any volunteers are welcome; you may email email@example.com to express interest, but registration is not required. Come visit our lab and try your hand at archaeological lab work, helping process artifacts from our flagship site, Fairfield Plantation.
