The Peninsula Track Club and the Fairfield Foundation present a new 5k run/walk event in Machicomoco State Park on June 17! Run or walk through Virginia’s rich history, and enjoy sweeping views of the York River! Race proceeds will benefit the Fairfield Foundation’s efforts to restore the c.1793 Timberneck House. $25 Registration if you sign up by June 3. Prizes will be raffled after the race to registered participants. Timberneck House will also be open for tours following the race.
