DESCRIPTION:Step back in time for a Revolutionary drama set in the summer of 1775. Watch as Lewis Burwell of Fairfield visits John Page at Rosewell to ponder weighty decisions. Listen as their wives and people enslaved by the families discuss their options and the impact of the looming storm on them. Join us for this historic event on the lawn in the shadow of Rosewell. Arrive early to explore the grounds and exhibits. Savor concessions and find a spot on the lawn to gather round for picnic conversation. \n\n\n\n12pm-2pm: Explore the ruins and partake in some of our revolutionary exhibits and colonial activities! We will have food trucks available for anyone who wants a picnic lunch! \n\n\n\n12:30pm-1:30pm: Music from the Courthouse Community Orchestra \n\n\n\n2pm-3pm: From Colony to Country performance \n\n\n\n3pm-4pm: Meet the cast and explore the grounds.
