DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Third Annual Timberneck Turkey Trot 5k Run/Walk Fundraiser\, hosted by the Fairfield Foundation.\n\nRun or walk this scenic\, flat\, paved 3.1-mile loop course at Machicomoco State Park in Gloucester\, Virginia. Water will be available at the start/finish line\, as well as as the halfway point of the race route. Public restrooms will also be available near the race finish.\n\nTo register: https://runsignup.com/Race/VA/Hayes/TimberneckTurkeyTrot5kRunWalkFundraiser\n\nAll race proceeds help fund the restoration of the Timberneck House\, the c.1793 Catlett family home overlooking the York River in Machicomoco State Park. The Timberneck House is undergoing renovation to become a place for learning\, lodging\, and exploring Virginia’s Middle Peninsula. Be one of the first to contribute to the renovation campaign by registering for the Timberneck Turkey Trot!
