DESCRIPTION:Join the Peninsula Track Club and the Fairfield Foundation for the second annual Timberneck 5K\, for all runners and walkers! The course follows the flat\, 3.1-mile driving loop around Machicomoco State Park. Race proceeds will go to the Fairfield Foundation towards the preservation and restoration of the Timberneck House. A Fun Run\, a 1-mile out and back run available to all ages at no cost\, will start at 7:45 am. The 5K will start at 8:30 am. Registration before June 3 is $35.
