Fairfield Archaeology Park will be open for site tours on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month, from March through October. Visit the site to learn about the families that lived and worked here, the 20+ years of archaeology that has occurred at the site, and walk the nature trail.
Timberneck House in Machicomoco State Park will be open for tours during the Daffodil Festival on Saturday, April 6, from 10 am - 2 pm. Stop by and see the c.1793 house, check on the restoration progress, and enjoy the scenery in the state park.
